Half Marathon Training Plan

Hey ladies out there who are participating in the Disney's Princess half marathon.  Megan sent this link to me today and I want to share this with you all because the training plan is designed for those who have a little less time to run everyday.  It's a three-day-a-week plan.  Hope it helps!
