Spring break!!

It's my second day of spring break '12 and I'm really enjoying the time off with our little family of three.  Unfortunately, Ryan's spring break and mine don't coincide so he's still busy with the usual class and clinical schedule but he has a rest day today from work!  Every night this week he gets to come home and chill with Jona and I :)  I have a gigantic 'to do' list that I got started on yesterday and still need to keep working on before the end of the week gets here but, at least I made a big dent yesterday!  Today, Jona and I are headed to a photography studio in St. Pete for Jona's 9 month photos.  The photographer is named Kamilla and she also did Megan & Saul's newborn photos for their baby girl Annalise.  They look amazing and I can't wait to see what she is gonna do with Jona today.  Hopefully I'll have pictures later today :)

Last week, Ryan finally got a chance to get back in the water.  The last time kiteboarded was in July '11 sometime!  (This wasn't during my spring break week however this is blog worthy!)  Ryan and I got to spend a few hours out at the beach enjoying the sunshine and each other's company.  He really wasn't too rusty but I know he's looking forward to being able to kiteboard.. this chance just doesn't come along very often these days!  I hope its windy at beach week!!  I love watching Ry kiteboard!

 And of course, my favorite little thing to talk about... Jona!  I don't know even where to begin. She's an avid crawler these days and spends her free time learning how to stand and keep her balance.  It might be an understatement to say we adore her and we love being parents!

Well, Ryan and I are looking forward to the end of the week as we head down to Ft. Lauderdale with Dave & Dani for Laura Wegner's wedding reception.   This isn't the first time we will have a weekend away without Jona and I think Ryan and I are going to have a great time celebrating Laura and Pat's marriage.  Hope everyone is doing well and I'll have another post later this week.  Love & Hugs!
